The Board of Directors of Vale School District #84, hereby declared the Merry-go-Round that was located at Willowcreek Elementary School as surplus. According to the Maintenace Department the Merry-go-Round needs new bearings, and will be sold as is.
Sealed bids will be received by Beth Morrow, Admin Assistant on or before on or before Monday, August 28, 2017. The Merry-go-Round will be released to the highest bidder.
The school district reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

PUBLIC NOTICE: Hog Creek Herd Management Area Population Management Plan in Southeastern Oregon.
Please be advised that the Vale District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has analyzed the environmental effects of various alternatives associated with returning and maintaining the wild horse population within the Appropriate Management Level (AML) in the Hog Creek Herd Management Area (HMA) in southeastern Oregon. We consider it important to notify you at this time as interested public regarding actions involving wild horses. To meet our obligations to you and to that of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), we have posted the required NEPA documentation, analyzing the environmental effects of these gathers on the Hog Creek HMA Population Management Plan website at:
