IRONSIDE RURAL ROAD DISTRICT MEETING
The Ironside Rural Road District #5 has regular monthly meetings the second Tuesday of every month at the road shop building starting at 5 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
according to ORS 294.250(5), that the Malheur County Court Proceedings and the Schedule of Payments exceeding $500 will be posted and available for review at the Malheur County Courthouse (Clerk’s Office), the Ontario Community library, the Nyssa city public library, the Vale city public library, and the Jordan Valley U.S. Postal Service office. Copies of all or part of the posted information may be obtained upon request and upon payment of a fee not exceeding the actual cost incurred by the county in making copies of the posted information, from the Malheur County Clerk, 251 B Street West, Vale, OR 97918 or phone (541) 473-5151.

Malheur County Vector Control District is accepting contract pesticide application proposals. Work will include both larval and adult mosquito control pesticide applications. All applicators must have an Oregon Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator License with Public Health category. In addition contractor will need to demonstrate knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of mosquito control equipment and methods. Specialized application equipment is required and contractor must provide list of their available equipment. Specific GPS data collection equipment is also required. Contractor must also carry two million dollar liability insurance policy. Proposal packets may be obtained by contacting District Manager at 541-473-5102, or gary.page@malheurco.org, or download from vector.malheurco.org. Proposals are due by 4:00pm MT February 15, 2018. Proposals can be hand delivered to 1001 Barkley Dr. Vale, OR, or mailed to Malheur County Vector Control, 251 B St. West #8 Vale, OR, or emailed to, gary.page@malheurco.org.
