NOTICE OF LAPSE OF MINERAL INTEREST
PURSUANT TO ORS 517.180 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. A mineral interest has been claimed on certain real property located in Malheur County, Oregon, described as follows:
In Twp. 19 S., R. 46 E., W.M.:

2. The names of the holder of the mineral interest, as shown of record is MARILYN G. BURTON, formerly MARILYN G. PARKER.
3. The instrument creating the original mineral interest is a Quitclaim Deed dated April 1, 1958, recorded July 24, 1958, in Book 110, Page 269, as Instrument No. 3580, Records of Malheur County, Oregon. The interest holder reserved an undivided one-half interest in all oil, gas, mineral and geothermal rights appurtenant to the above described property with a Statutory Warranty Deed dated November 12, 1980, recorded October 15, 1987, as Instrument No. 87-13850, Records of Malheur County, Oregon.
4. A description of the lands affected by the mineral interest are those lands described in paragraph 1 above.
