NOTICE OF LAPSE OF MINERAL INTEREST
PURSUANT TO ORS 517.180 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. A mineral interest has been claimed on certain real property located in Malheur County, Oregon, described as follows:
