NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CLASS EXEMPTIONS/SPECIAL PROCUREMENTS
VALE SCHOOL DISTRICT #84
VALE SCHOOL DISTRICT #84 will be holding a public hearing at 6:45 p.m. on February 14, 2018 in the Vale School District Board Room at 403 E Street West, Vale, Oregon, for the purpose of taking comments on draft findings for class exemptions from the competitive bidding requirement for public improvement contracts. At the same time, the District will accept any comments pertaining to proposed class special procurements. Copies of the draft findings are available to the public, by contacting Alisha McBride, Superintendent, at (541) 473-0201. Comments may be submitted by e-mail to Alisha.McBride@vale.k12.or.us up to 48 hours prior to the meeting. At the public hearing, any interested party may appear and comment.
Following the public hearing, the District Board shall hold a Regular Board Meeting where the draft findings and proposed resolution for the exemptions and special procurements, as well a public comment, will be discussed, and Board action may be taken on the proposed resolution.
