You are hereby notified that in order to defend this Summons, an appropriate written response must be filed with the above designated court within 20 days after service of this Notice on you. If you fail to so respond, the court may enter judgment against you as prayed for by the Respondent in the Petition to Modify Child Custody.
A copy of the Summons served with this Petition to Modify Child Custody as required by Rule 60(c). If you wish to seek the advice or representation by an attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written response, if any, may be filed in time and other legal rights protected.
An appropriate written response requires compliance with rule 10(a)(1) and other Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 205 of the Idaho Rules of Family Law Procedure and shall also include:

2. If your response is an Answer to the Petition to Modify Child Custody, it must
contain admissions
or denials of the separate allegation of the Petition to Modify Child Custody and
other defenses you may claim.

PUBLIC NOTICE: Northwest Malheur County Greater Sage-Grouse Habitat Restoration Project Environmental Assessment and Decision Record.
The Vale District Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared an environmental assessment (EA), Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and a Decision Record (DR) that authorizes the implementation of habitat restoration and fuels management treatments within 258,556 acres of sagebrush steppe and forested plant communities within a project area that is situated north of Beulah Reservoir and south of Highway 26. The treatments would be completed throughout the 15-year lifespan of the project.
