PUBLIC NOTICE
VALE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City of Vale Planning Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing Wednesday July 26 at 7 p.m. City Hall, Vale, Oregon. The Commission shall be taking testimony concerning an Application of Conditional Use for the establishment of a Preschool located at 464 10th Street North Vale, Oregon. You are invited to make testimony in support or opposition to the application at the scheduled meeting. Only testimony received at the hearing either written or oral will be used in making the decision on the Planning Commission. Issues not considered at the hearing will preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals of that issue. If you are not able to attend in person, written testimony will be accepted at Vale City Hall between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
