Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a Notice of Default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.752(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums:

The City of Vale is accepting bids on approximately 19 acres of farm ground.
The bidder will be responsible for all aspects of the farming practices including providing the irrigation piping. The city will provide an Irrigation Pump for the parcel.
Rodent control will be the responsibility of the lease holder.
Bids are accepted on a price per acre basis.

Vale Planning Commission
The City of Vale Planning Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing Wednesday November 15th at 7 p.m. City Hall, Vale, Oregon. The Commission shall be taking testimony concerning an Industrially Zoned Site Plan Review located at 1077 Barkley Drive, Vale, Oregon. You are invited to make testimony in support or opposition to the application at the scheduled meeting. Only testimony received at the hearing either written or oral will be used in making the decision on the Planning Commission. Issues not considered at the hearing will preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals of that issue. If you are not able to attend in person, written testimony will be accepted at Vale City Hall between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
