Plaintiff seeks declaratory relief as follows: a judicial declaration that the Deed of Trust is a valid lien on the Property and that by the foreclosure and sale, the rights of each of the Defendants, and persons claiming by, through or under them subsequent to the execution of the Deed of Trust, be adjudged inferior and subordinate to USDA’s Deed of Trust and forever foreclosed except for any statutory right of redemption.
This Summons is published by Order of the Judge of the above-entitled court made and entered on the 22nd day of September, 2017, directing publication of this Summons once each week for four consecutive weeks in Malheur Enterprise, a newspaper published and of general circulation in Malheur County, Oregon.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE File No. 8734.20242 Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Sandra Harley, as grantor, to Amerititle, as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as designated nominee for American Financing Corporation, its successors and assigns, as beneficiary, dated 09/24/14, recorded 10/01/14, in the mortgage records of MALHEUR County, Oregon, as 2014-3167 and subsequently assigned to Pacific Union Financial, LLC by Assignment recorded as 2017-1825, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: Land in Alameda Heights Addition, City of Ontario, Malheur County, Oregon, according to the Official Plat thereof, as follows: In Block 4: Lot 11 and the East 8.5 feet of Lot 10.
